  • 25 g yeast
  • 25 oz warm milk
  • 5 1/2 cups {700 g} flour
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 10 oz oil
  • 2 eggs
  • some raisins (decoration)
  • 2 egg yolk (coating)
Directions: 1. First combine the yeast with warm milk to dissolve the yeast. 2. Add the wet ingredients and at least the flour and salt. 3. Knead well. Let rest for about one hour. 4. For one bunny: take a little part of the dough and roll it out to form it into a snail. Form a little ball as a tail and place it o
